Tickers not found

I wrote in earlier about some ticker symbols not being found and was told the developer was aware. Well, being aware must not equate to doing anything about it. Tickers are still not found. I might give a pass if the stock was some obscure, tint company but when Berkshire Hathaway isnt found I have a problem. The app looks pretty but its hard to give it a good rating when it is unable to track a portfolio because it cant find your stocks. Its also difficult to give a good rating when the developers are informed of the problem and do nothing about it. MissingStep has a number of nice looking apps, several with a pretty high price. If this is the response they give when problems exist I would recommend everyone keep away from their products until they can show some responsiveness to their customers.
